Sunday Weigh In
Last week: 176.4
This week: 176.2
Another week in the red. Could be stress eating. Lots happening off the scales but did good on the exercise.
May your team(s) do well today. Hopes not too high for the Cowboys this year but Jerry knows how to keep the limelight on the team with news of keeping Josh Brant on board after he's been convicted of intoxication manslaughter and adding Mr. Sams to the practice squad after he was let go by St. Louis. Free HBO weekend and caught glimpse of "Hard Knocks". Segment on proposed new stadium for the Falcons. Would put "Jerry World" to shame.
Have a great week!
Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

150 Total Weight Loss
Well, again trying to get back to posting here every Sunday. I NEED to for accountability and also to see how others are doing on there journey!
Interesting number on scale. I had a 3 1/2 year check up at Dr. office on Thursday and was 208. Today 204. Did I really lose 4 pounds since Thursday? Doubtful more likely that I weighed this morning before eating and after a 5 mile run..lol. In any event as I am in maintenance I try to keep my weight at 206 or lower. Anything over and know it is time to cut back on the food!
Aside from eating, water intake fine; vitamins consistently; and exercising 5 to 6 times a week...all good on those fronts
I am pumped that the NFL season is underway. Huge Patriots fan and really hopeful this is the year that they get back to the Super Bowl and Brady & Belicheck get their 4th ring!!!!!!!!!!!!
Have a great week!!
Yours in WLS Journey,
Bill Mac

The last month has been quite a roller coaster with my weight. I've been up quite a bit, and now down. The good news is the trend continues to be downward. I'll take it. I had a heart to heart with the psycologist I have been seeing and, long story short, we agreed it would be best for me to work on my own at least until I am in maintenence. It strange how liberating that is. I'm not sure if the weight loss this week has anything to do with changes in eating and/or excersize as a result of that meeting, but I do feel free.
The next three weeks will be INSANE traveling. I'll have a lot of work to do to maintain my excersize and eating, especially in Colorado this week and next, where its green chili season.
After watching Michigan and Michigan State lose yesterday, my expectations are low for the Lions tomorrow. Even though I have been a Lions fan for life, I always had Michigan's success to keep my spirits up. Now I got nothin......... I need some new football teams to support
