Sorry...I haven't posted...Get busy and frustrated.

I'm still trying to hit 190-187...Not trying very hard.  I will get in 4-6 miles on my bicycle almost every day (errands).  But being lighter and having a very efficient bike, makes that almost child's play and not real exercise.  So here are my numbers...

The last 3 weeks                              195.5-197

My goals for the next few weeks;  fewer simple carbs, work the core area, exercise...Try and get rid of the flab in the midsection (not skin)...Including love handles!!  I don't think there will ever be a six pack abs in there for me...But maybe 1 pair abs?  Is it doable??  

It takes work (hard work) to finish off the race.  Winners do what losers refuse to do...Later, Brian
