Last week:  174.6

This week:  175.2

Survived my three days of in-service training and working Fourth of July evening.  One perk of working a holiday like July 4th in a small town is riding around smelling all the Bar-B-Q, or grilling, on the air.  Got several offers of hamburgers, hot dogs, ribs etc.  Have to turn them all down but if I could I'd take the bbq/grilling over the donuts.  BTW:  Don't accept those either.  Don't like to feed the stereotype.

Did the yard yesterday for exercise.  Redistributed the thatch from last week is more accurate.  Opportunities to get more exercise this week are better.

Have a Great Week Gents!

337.6:  High weight Dec '13

311.3:  Surgery day 1/16/14

225.4:  Last week

222.6: CW (minus 2.8)

180.0: Goal weight

The scale was kind to me, even though I didn't feel like I had a great week eating wise. The fourth was UGLY as I simply could not control myself. I didn't eat a alot at any one time, but I had something to eat every 45 min. I'm sure I ended up at nearly 3000 calories. I did better yesterday, and shoudl get better this week also.

Good workouts this week and got all the vitamins, calcium and Iron in. I finally got all the results from my blood tests, and even though my doc said to keep doing what I was doing, I am not happy with my iron and B12, so I am adding a little there. I also changed my vitamin regiment to that I am taking calcium in the morning (while I am drinking coffee and tea) and vitamins and added Iron in the afternoon and evening (away from the calcium and coffee/tea). This should do the trick with my labs. I am getting a DEXA scan tomorrow for my bone density as a baseline.

Only one night out of town this coming week, so I should be OK with dient and excersize as well. Looking forward to a good week.

Take care everyone and have a great week.

Summer and having some struggles. I swear every time I turn around there is some food I SHOULD not be eating...Ice Cream, Candy, Doughnuts Yikes it is like a friggin nightmare!! Well, gotta recommit to my mindful eating and even though that food is there, I DO NOT HAVE TO EAT IT!!   I commit to the following: 1.  Vitamin Intake 2.  Water Intake of at least 64oz 3. MINDFUL Eating 4. Daily Exercise   Even though my weight has not gone up, I know I have not been following the above. It starts today...so I can be here tomorrow!!!   Have a Great Week!

Yours in WLS Journey,

Bill Mac

I know you didn't put this out as a challange, but I just wanted to tell you that I'll take it up and make the same commitment. I'll report back next Sunday on how I did. I am struggling with the same issues, and want to stay on track myself. These four things need to be a part of my core lifestyle forever.
