Goodie! Goodie! Below the "red line" this morning!
Only exciting thing from here is that my wife is giving me a two week "vacation" and is in Colorado with her sister et al. Taking the niece/daughter to Oregon to apartment shop for this fall when she heads to Grad School. Then it is to Omaha where one of her nephews is getting married so he can take his beloved with him to England when the Air Force sends him there in October.
With her gone it means I have to eat my own cooking. Have a good stash of 90 second "dude foods" and I pulled a pork roast out to put in the crock pot for supper tomorrow night. If the fire alarm is beeping and the crock pot is smoking it's done. Right?
Have a Great Week Gents!
Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

Well I don't know where that came from. I was on a death march through Chicago last week, and only got one workout in - yesterday. Anyway, it must be good karma or something, I'll take it. On a happy note, I saw my PCP on Friday and my BP was VERY good with no meds since surgery, and my glucose/A1c were also both VERY good with no diabetes meds since surgery. My health is definitly going in the right direction. I see the Bariatric doc tomorrow. I'm anxious to get my blood draw for vitamins etc. Also, I am going to push for testing on Bone denisty for a baseline as well as a sports medicine study for my RMR, VO2 and body composition.
No traveling this week, so I should be able to get to the gym a little more (starting in15 min) and also should be able to control my food well.
@Don - Good luck in the bachelor pad, from an eating standpoint I struggle when my wife isn't here, but I always do better from a TV watching standpoint :)
Have a great week everyone.
