Thanks for keeping this weekly post going Don.  I've actually started increasing my calories this week and it hasn't stopped the weight loss.   In fact, after a full week of business travel, I was sure I would see a stop or even a small gain and found myself down 2 pounds. I know this will stop and I'm sure many of you might sneer at this type of problem, but I really am looking way too thin now.  I suppose next step is to get to the gym and find a way to increase muscle mass and gain back a few pounds like that.  It scares me a bit that I feel just fine and I can eat anything (just in small amounts).  This has made me fearful of returning to poor eating.  I am sticking with the protein first rule mostly because it makes me good when I eat well.

You do need to "put on a few" at least in muscle mass.  Increasing your calories with protein to enable muscle mass gain is definitely the way to go.

Hi All..just wanted to say thanks for all the kind posts on the loss of my friend...it is getting  better a little at a time...happy to note had a good day eating and exercise!
