1st off, thanks to you ALL for your posts. Every time I read them I realize I am not the only one having ups and downs!
I had a 2 lb loss this week. I think it was from an uptick in exercise. Actually, must have been because no major changes in diet. However, generally making good choices, but some times some of my old food demons get me like candy, cookies and chips. Some days I long for when I first got surgery and was on Honeymoon and had NO DESIRE for these demons. Alas, no one ever said Maintenance would be easy!
On another note, doing a good job with vitamins and water. As weather gets warmer, water intake increasing which is a good thing!
Good week for exercise,was able to work out 6 out of 7 days. Combination of cardio and strength training. However, gotta be careful as my DESIRE to exercise has started to morph into another obsession!!!
