184.0:  GOAL!! 1/13/09
173.0:  1 yr Surgiversary 4/7/09 and at 18 months

170.2:  4 th Surgiversary

173.2:  5 th Surgiversary (Official)
176.0:  Last week
175.0:  This week

Teetering on the red line still.  Swear I saw a 173.4 earlier this week.  Maintenance is a booger!  Will admit to missing some treadmill time this week.  Have to get back on schedule in that regard.

Looking at new SUV's yesterday.  The Mrs. is ready to replace her 8 year old, 148K Honda Accord.  Thinking mid-sized and spent lot of time yesterday looking at GMC Terrains and the Subaru Outback and Forester.  We were impressed with the Subarus.  More looking looming on the horizon.

Have a Great Week!

@Don, roger that on the Mx!  We love our Ford Edge.  Might want to check out the Kia Sorrento too.

    My stats this week:

           High weight:  392.0 lbs
Pre-op Weight 4 Aug 09:  377.5 lbs
      1st Surgiversary:  241.0 lbs
      2nd Surgiversary:  212.5 lbs
      3rd Surgiversary:  217.0 lbs
      4th Surgiversary:  214.0 lbs
             Last week:  225.2 lbs / 20.4% body fat / 170.4 lbs muscle mass
             This week:  227.4 lbs / 19.1% body fat / 175.0 lbs muscle mass

Home, sweet, home – at least for a couple of weeks.  Up a couple of more pounds overall and up 4.6 lbs muscle mass.  I made it to the hotel fitness center 3 times last week.  I’ve got to redouble my efforts to increase my cardio time and eat better.  Hopefully, back in my home routine will get me back on track.

Be safe & have a great week gentlemen!

-Mike

150 Total Weight Loss

Well...a little explanation for the major drop. I was a little sick during mid week, have cut out sweets for lent, and for my Marathon training did a 16 mile run today!!! I am sure my weight will rise up this week,but I have not been 190 since Middle School!!

In terms of eating, did so prettty mindfully for the week, good on the vitamins, but still  need to work on water intake. Prefer other things like coffee and tea, but know I got to get that H2o in!

Good week of exrecise, ran 5 out of 7 days. Last two days been able to go outside which is way better then the hamptster wheel (Treadmill)

Have a great week!!

Yours in WLS Journey,

Bill Mac

405 ==> Highest Weight  (7/19/2013) and start of program

352 ==> Weight on the day of surgery  (53 pounds lost)  (12/27/2013)

311 ==> 2 months out  (41 pounds lost since surgery, 94 pounds lost overall)  (2/27/2014)

311 ==> Last week

305 ==> This week

Down 6 again and have officially lost 100 pounds since I started my program.  I've lost 50 pounds before surgery (in about 4 months) and now 50 pounds since surgery (in less than 2 1/2 months).  We celebrated my wife's 50th yesterday and had a great party.  I was able to tolerate a couple of beers with no problem.  But with that party behind me I don't anticipate drinking again for a long time, just don't enjoy it that much.  On week 4 of C25K and I'm keeping up so far so good.  Bloodwork this week for a 12 week follow up with my surgeon in 2 weeks.  Have a great week!

Down another pound this week. We hit the 40's today and yesterday heatwave, let the melt begin. I'm sure we will still get at least a couple more big snow storms before winter lets go of us this year, but for now I'll take the spring like weather we are getting. Good luck with the car shopping Don.

Thanks

Shane
