Over my upper end.  Not good.  Too much "crack in a sack".

Got to finish packing and go South.  Spending the night in Conroe then go to Galveston to get on the ship tomorrow.  I hear it is warm in Cozumel this time of year.  Maybe I can find a Speedo before I get on the ship.

Have a Great Week Guys!

405 ==> Highest Weight  (7/19/2013)

352 ==> Weight on the day of surgery  (53 pounds lost)  (12/27/2013)

322 ==> 6 weeks out  (83 pounds lost)  (2/7/2014)

315 ==> Goal for next week (2/16/2014)

It's been 2 weeks since I posted, down 13 pounds and headed on a collision course with a weight that starts with a 2.  It's been 20 years since I weighed less than 300 so that's a big milestone for me.  Once I reach 299, I will have lost over 100 pounds.  So I'm focused on that goal at the moment and am doing my best to get there.  19 pounds in my way - goal is for 4 weeks - March 9th.  So let me get up and go jog on the treadmill.  Have a great week!

Well another week of living right and down 1 to an ALL TIME LOW of 195. I am going to strive to maintain this as I love being in Onderland.  Now the goal is to keep doing the things so I can MAINTAIN!!

I will continue with my checklist for my maintenance:

Protien First

Hydration

Vitamins

Exercise

Speaking of exercise was great! Ran 5 out of 7 days, including doing an 15 mile run today(My longest run ever!). Definitely going to run a 1/2 marathon (my 2nd one) in March and now have decided I am doing a Full Marathon in May.

Happy we are midway thru winter, looking forward to the Spring!!!

Yours in WLS Journey,

Bill Mac

Hey Guys,

Down a pound this week, almost in the 230's. I'm tryingto keep my running up to 4 days a week and weights 2 times a week, so far so good. I've watched the super bowl 3 times this week can't get enough of the Seahawks win 8-).Okay, okay my celebrations are now winding now. I've been waiting 38 yrs for that win lol now on to next season. Have a great week,

Shane

355 is where I started at, 8/1/11, RNY surgery on 9/21/11

I have been creeping up from the mid 190s since November when I backed off my running.  I was 208 this morning...man tax season is a killer for my exercise routine.  With all the extra hours at the office, I sleep later to keep rested and don't feel like running in the evenings.

Too many cookies have gotten back into the diet as well, so stocked up on more fruit and working on finding healthier breakfast options.  (Wheat, Peanut Butter and Bananas for breakfast instead of McGriddle)

Got to find my way back to ONEderland.
