Many kudos to OH for getting the website working more like it was before the changes.
Lots going on next few days and weeks. For starters get to pick up the Mrs. at DFW airport this morning after she has been at her sister's for a week. Tomorrow is a visit with the endochronogist. PCP thinks I'm malabosorbing my synthroid and wants an expert to look at it. Low testosterone may be a factor in the fatique as well. Maybe I'm just getting old!! Been trending upwards on the scales. Eating too much or muscle build up from increase in treadmill time? May be a combination of both.
Have a great week gents and go Denver!
Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!
The Numbers:

146 Total Weight Loss
I am VERY excited to be at 196, which is my goal weight as it is a total weight loss of 150 pounds. I had been hovering between 200-205 for the last 6 months but really wanted to get down to 196. I have been more focused on eating protein first and consistently exercising and clearly that helps. Now the goal is to MAINTAIN!!
I will continue with my checklist for my maintenance:
Protien First
Hydration
Vitamins
Exercise
Speaking of exercise was great! Ran 5 out of 7 days, including doing an 11 mile run today. Definitely going to run a 1/2 marathon (my 2nd one) in March but still undecided on doing a Full Marathon in May.
No rooting interest in Super Bowl, but will watch as it the last game of the NFL, which is my favorite Sport!
Yours in WLS Journey,
Bill Mac
Sorry that I didn’t check in last week. No excuse other than my routine and time management got away from me being on the road.
@Don, good luck with the docs. BTW, getting old does beat the alternative!
@Bill Mac, congrats! Keep up the good work.
My stats this week:
High weight: 392 lbs
Pre-op Weight 4 Aug 09: 377.5 lbs
1st Surgiversary: 241.0 lbs
2nd Surgiversary: 212.5 lbs
3rd Surgiversary: 217.0 lbs
4th Surgiversary: 214.0 lbs
Last week: 222.6 lbs / 22.9% body fat / 163.2 lbs muscle mass
This week: 222.6 lbs / 20.7% body fat / 167.8 lbs muscle mass
Being on the road, I made it to the hotel fitness center 3 times last week and 5 times the week before. Considering eating out every meal, I did pretty good mindfully eating these past two weeks. I’m status quo overall and up 4.6 lbs muscle mass. The next few weeks will continue to be a challenge. I leave again tomorrow on business trip #2 that will have me on the road two weeks at a time over the next month.
Well, it’s SB halftime and the Broncos have been busted by the Seahawks 22-0. Hope the Broncos come back strong in the second half to rally and make this a competitive game. Every score the Seahawks made in the first half has been because of a stupid mistake by the Broncos offense. I guess that is to be expected when the best offense in the NFL makes stupid mistakes for the best defense in the NFL to capitalize on.
Be safe & have a great week gentlemen!
-Mike
