I don't know what in the Sam Hill is going on but either the OH gremlins are acting up or my laptop is due for a trip to the tech gurus or out to the gun range.
Santa dropped off a new pair of Nike walking shoes to begin breaking in on the treadmill. Treadmill time got knocked out of whack due to work this week.
If you don't have all your shopping done time is running out! Pretty much on go except for one person. Yeah..it's the Mrs!

Pretty happy with the numbers this week. I thought about it and have been between 200-205 for a few months. Would LOVE to get back in to onderland, but know it will take some better effort with food intake and exercise, and right now with the holidays tough to do. Still, trying to keep focused on fact that I started at about 350, 200-205 is damn good!
Lucky on the Christmas front, the wife does it all. All I have to do is buy for her and my lovely Mother in Law does that for me. Pretty sweet deal
One NSV wanted to share. For years I played Santa at various events locally. Never had a problem filling out the Red Suit. THis year I was asked to do it again for a local group and had to buy a Body Pillow to fill out the suit. Now that is a Christmas gift!!

I made it to the gym on 5 days this past week and did ok mindfully eating trying to negotiate the minefield of office Christmas goodies. I’m up 0.8 lbs overall and up 1 lb muscle mass.

Howdy Men,
Billmac I sure wish I could get my Mother In-law to do my shopping for me what a deal. I lost weight this week that means next week I'll be standing still if the cycle holds true. Hawks got another W, now if we can just keep it up. We celebrate Xmas next Sunday with the whole family,so I may be absent from this post we'll see how it goes. Just a quick hello!!
Forgot to actually weigh in this weekend, becoming less of a priority for me! :)
So I will claim 200ish, creeping up from 195ish that I have been since May of this year. I too want to reverse that trend and shoot for a new LOW for myself. It will take a dedicated period of low carbs + running and exercise!
Completed week 3 of the 100 push up challenge!! I am doing sets totaling 140+ push ups this morning (120 on Friday, 100 last Wednesday), with a high of 32 I think it was in one set. I can see the definition in my shoulders and bicep/triceps, so "some" of the weight creep is muscles though I don't claim it is all from that.
