With in tolerances and I'm glad that the number is not higher.  (Half pound deuce this morning helped. kiss) Knew the bowl of the granddaughter's Halloween candy would be my downfall.  Thanksgiving dinner itself was good, there were no killin's and all my teams won!  Cowboys, LSU and Miss. State.  Despite having a nephew by marriage going to Alabama can't root for them at all.  Great end to "Iron Bowl" yesterday!

Have a great week and get back on your programs.  After all we have Christmas coming up!

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

@Don, not even a rat killin’?  Yesterday was an awesome day for college football – TN even won.  Bama and Georgia shouldn’t have taken their state rivals for granted!

    My stats this week:

           High weight:  392 lbs
Pre-op Weight 4 Aug 09:  377.5 lbs
      1st Surgiversary:  241.0 lbs
      2nd Surgiversary:  212.5 lbs
      3rd Surgiversary:  217.0 lbs
      4th Surgiversary:  214.0 lbs
Last week:  220.4 lbs / 21.0% body fat / 165.4 lbs muscle mass
This week:  221.6 lbs / 22.8% body fat / 162.8 lbs muscle mass

Well, the holiday week is showing in the numbers.  Up 1.2 lbs overall and down 3.4 lbs muscle mass.  I didn’t make it to gym at all last week.  All I have is a bunch of excuses – too busy, getting ready for company, Turkey Day, shopping for the holidays, etc. etc.  I’m back at work this week and will be back in my routine.  Hopefully, the numbers should show it next week.

Be safe & have a great week gentlemen!

Neither should have Ol' Miss! kiss

Thanks to A&M coming over to the SEC that took away one of the best, I'm slightly prejudiced here given the market I'm in, Thanksgiving rivalries between them and Texas.  Does not bother me if the Aggies never go to the Georgia Dome except as spectators!

The Numbers:
346: All time high 7/1/10 - BMI = 52
326: Tufts Medical Center, Surgery 12/27/10 BMI=49
203: Weigh In 11/24/13
202: This Week 12/1/13 -->1 lb down BMI=30

150:Total Weight Loss

Well, moving down 1 pound during THANKSGIVING is nothing short of miraculous!! Idid ok eating but I think the key was getting to the gym 4 times even with all the hectic schedule of the holiday.

Still, Feeling rather blah overall as I ate a lot of food I normally do not. Thus, my goal for the week is REFOCUS on mindful eating.

Have a Great week all!

Yours in WLS Journey,

Bill Mac

Finally remembering to come in and post!!

Week 2 of the 100 pushup challenge continues, did like 63 push ups all told yesterday, broke up into 5 sets.

Weight was actually up to 199/200ish on Sunday morning, back down to 198 yesterday morning after my run.  So Turkey season got me I guess?  Did not feel like I did much eating but I did ZERO exercise except for the pushups by the end of the week.  Never got out of my sleepy pants on Friday / nor left the house!

Tis freaking COLD when I am running now at 6am, usually 3.5 miles or so is my preferred distance.

355 at the start of this journey in August 2011.

Final thought...got the EARLY bird registration info for the 2014 Greensboro marathon...after swearing ONE and DONE this past October... I am thinking about it again.  I can sign up for the FULL and just do the HALF if my training goes to heck is my thought process.
