Looks like OH has gotten the majority of the issues resolved with the new website so kudos to them.

While Mike will disagree with the outcome of yesterday's Georgia/Auburn match up - what a catch!  Not thrilled that Alabama beat up on Miss State but will give M-State a hand for hanging with them as well as they did.

Don't have to worry about the Cowboys losing today since this is their bye week.

Stay on your programs and have a great week!

Hi All,

Down a few more pounds this week. I’m on a roll. I’ve been hitting the gym and doing lite weight work. I also bumped up my running and walking. Hoping my Seahawks can get another W today. We’ll see as a long time Hawks fan were always waiting for the other shoe to drop lol. Have a great week everyone.

 Thanks

Shane

@Don, definitely ain’t over til the fat lady sings!  Georgia was down 20 pts going into the 4th quarter and came back to lead 38-37.  Auburn threw a “Hail Mary” on 4th down & 18 to go with less than a minute to win 43-37.  For sure I admire the tenacity that both teams exhibited – “never say die”.

@Shane, awesome progress!  Congrats on your Hawks taking the Vikings to the cleaners!

    My stats this week:

           High weight:  392 lbs
Pre-op Weight 4 Aug 09:  377.5 lbs
      1st Surgiversary:  241.0 lbs
      2nd Surgiversary:  212.5 lbs
      3rd Surgiversary:  217.0 lbs
      4th Surgiversary:  214.0 lbs
Last week:  221.8 lbs / 20.8% body fat / 167.0 lbs muscle mass
This week:  220.6 lbs / 20.9% body fat / 165.8 lbs muscle mass

Pretty much status quo - I’m down 1.2 lbs overall and down 1.2 lbs muscle mass this week.  I made it to the gym on 4 days (2 days cardio & 2 days Physioslow strength) last week.  I did pretty well mindfully eating.

Be safe & have a great week gentlemen!

Good Week, down 1 pound. However am going to strive to do better with the eating and water intake this week. Been some unruly grazing and not enough H20 so need to get back to basics.

On a good note, ran a 5 mile race today. Finished in 41:20, for an 8:18 mile. I was hoping to finish in under 40 minutes, but happy with my time as it was almost 8 minutes than the same race last year!!

Have a Great week all!

Yours in WLS Journey,

Bill Mac

355 on 8/1/11 when I started the program, 9/21/11 was my RNY surgery date.

193.2 this morning after the run!!

Got my lazy butt out of bed finally to start running again, after a couple weeks off "recovering" from the marathon.  Had ran 1 mile when on the cruise ship and then nothing last week, so this morning, 3.78 miles in 46 minutes or so.  The question remains if I will get out of bed again tomorrow...   :)
