Late night at work last night due to local festival. Cooler than last year so every one behaved themselves at street dance. Listen to music, drank beer, shivered and went home.
Have a great week! I'm going to get me some more coffee.
Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!
Don,
Have to love coffee on a Sunday Morning! This week was an interesting one for me big change of pace. I trained twice for my first official 5K held yesterday. This meant instead f my normal workout plan I ran two practice 5ks then the official one. Time was very rewarding for me at 40:15. Thinking I want to do more to get this down as a no brainer that I could run 3 miles at the drop of a hat no problem. It was all very exciting lol.

Down about 2.5 lbs this week so all good there. Back on schedule Monday! Good luck everyone and have a good week!

@Don, a good cup of coffee can be the nectar of the gods after a late, cool night.
@Crispy, EXCELLENT! That’s a big ol’ FART and congrats on 10 lbs down to your goal!
My stats this week:
High weight: 392 lbs
Pre-op Weight 4 Aug 09: 377.5 lbs
1st Surgiversary: 241.0 lbs
2nd Surgiversary: 212.5 lbs
3rd Surgiversary: 217.0 lbs
4th Surgiversary: 214.0 lbs
Last week: 218.4 lbs / 19.6% body fat / 167.0 lbs muscle mass
This week: 216.4 lbs / 20.3% body fat / 164.0 lbs muscle mass
I’m down 2 lbs overall and 3 lbs muscle mass this week. I made it to the gym on 5 days (3 days cardio & 2 days Physioslow strength) last week and ran (ok jogged/walked) a 5K yesterday in 38:50. I did pretty well mindfully eating during the week except for Wednesday. For bosses day the troops brought in doughnuts - mind you not the “cookie-cutter” chain kind but the “slap-your-mamma” good stuff made at the local bakery for the past 50 years. I did partake lest I insult them... okay in a moment of weakness.
The planets are aligned this weekend - my Vols and the Falcons both won! The SEC was definitely in the Twilight Zone yesterday. So many upsets but it definitely instills humility and builds character. Steve Spurrier and South Carolina Game****s were taken down a peg. The Vols are at Alabama next Saturday and the Falcons travel to Phoenix next Sunday.
Be safe & have a great week gentlemen!

Slow and study goes the WLS Journey..No gain and no loss. Status quo works for me.
I did ok this week in terms of eating, exercise and vitamins. Did a little better in terms of water intake, but still not where I want it to be. So for this week, going to again make it a goal to drink at least 64oz water.
Just a reminder to us all, this is journey is not a sprint, but rather a marathon!
Have a Great week all!
Yours in WLS Journey,
Bill Mac
