I’m back up 0.6 lbs overall this week but also down 0.8 lbs muscle mass. I made it to the gym on 5 days (2 days cardio & 3 days Physioslow strength) and ran a 5K yesterday. I did pretty well mindfully eating during the week.
Well the Gators ate my Vols yesterday. The Falcons play the Dolphins this afternoon, hopefully with a better outcome.

Morning All,
I'm down 3 again this week. I stayed on track with diet and exercise this week. Things are starting to finally cool off here in ND makes walking outside a little nicer. I managed to jog 2 miles on treadmill. I do great with jogging inside, but when I try outside not so hot. I'll keep at it though. I figure I've got about 2.5 months before the weather forces me inside for 5 months.. Walking for extend amounts of time in sub 30 degree to - 30 degree temps is not advised lol. Enjoy the games today see you all next week.
Thanks
Shane

Morning guys,
It has been awhile since I checked in. I lurk here every week to keep me motivated, but have suffered some medical problems that have slowed me down a little. I consistently stay between 165 lbs. and 168 lbs. I have been down to 162 and as high as 169 but those numbers were concerning and called me to action.
Till next time
Daniel
At Sea-Tac waiting on the silver wings to carry us back to DFW. Will put some numbers up tomorrow. Went off at 173 and dreading looking at scales tomorrow morning. Tried to eat semi sorta right but too many food temptations on cruise ship! Did get lots of walking in and ever tried zip lining? That was FUN!! Kept up with the young whipper snappers with ease! If kid from MN emails them to me like he said he would I'll post some pics.
Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

Not much movement on the scale this week, bouncing around a bit. Another work trip, but was able to keep calories down and exercise. KC BBQ cold kill any weight loss lol. On day three of my efort to lose the next 20 lbs by counting down the calories, somewhere near a 3500 calorie deficit so far, so I expect the scale to move soon. the wife and I enjoyed some nice weather here in New England and walked 4 miles through the state park.
Great news is that I am officially 3 years out, 200 lbs down and at surgery goal. Feels good!
Good luck everyone and have a good week!
Chrispy

Bummed about uptick in scale, but not surprised. Have to say, Maintenance can be a B*#*!# (sounds like witch). My eating is erratic at best, but as I have said before, I can only do one thing. Begin with my next meal and do better!! My goal this week is to make better choices for ALL MEALS!!
On a brighter note, did my 10th 5K today, and finished with a PR of 24:30!!!
Have a good week!
Yours in WLS Journey,
Bill Mac

I passed my 2 year Surgiversary this weekend!! My weight continues to be 193-195 range dipping down after longer runs.
Speaking of which, I am still training for my first full marathon and did my LONG run while on vacation at Myrtle Beach. Did a full 20 miles in 4:16:55. (12:50 was avg mile time) My ligaments in the knees are the biggest sore issue at this point, calves and quads are fine (and so are hip flexors, they were an issue early on)
One more LONG run in about a week and then a 3 week break before the big day! 10/26
Trying to keep my diet quality high, eating a LOT more carbs based on my endurance training regimen, teaching my body to use it for fuel instead of storage as fat.
Seriously considering my first ever tattoo after the marathon, to reflect that life goal and if I am going to get inked it has to mean something pretty big. The tat is a winged foot (think Mercury) with XXVI for the 26.2 miles of the marathon.
