Two pounds this week. I've been living right! Upping the pace on the treadmill seems to be helping shock the bod into shedding a little bit. Still not at my 170 though. Like to be there by next week when me and my Mrs. take off on our Honeymoon Cruise.
In light of what I mentioned about me and the Mrs. being gone we need a VOLUNTEER to lead off the next couple Sunday Weigh-In's since I will be "in transit".
As we all know today is the opening day of football season! It's that time of year when we all agree to disagree, in a genteel fashion, as to whose team is best. Good thing the Cowboys don't play till tonight. Have to make a "hot shot" to Conroe for a six year old's birthday party today. Grandpa Don duty.
Bon voyage!!
Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

Good week this week. Continuing to lose and was hoping to post 240, which marks 200 lbs lost for me! It is what it is and will come soon! Did my first 15 mile ride yesterday which was great. Just wish I had been this active earlier post surgery but I'm not regretting. Glad to be able to do it now.
Have to say that I am a Patriots fan from back when they were giving season tickets away, well almost .
Good luck everyone and have a good week!
Chrispy

Well, happy to see the scale moving down. Once I had gotten to my personal goal of getting down 150 pounds, that put me at 196. I had started going up topping out at 205 last week. However, by eating mindfully, drinking more water, and being more consistent in Excercise, down to 201. Still want to keep moving towards that 196 threshold, but PSCYHED with how the week went.
In terms of football, I am PSYCHED!!!! I am a life long Patriots fan, and am intrigued by the upcoming season. They won today against Buffalo, but it was not pretty!
Have a good week!
Yours in WLS Journey,
Bill Mac
@Don, happy wife, happy life! I’ll try to log in earlier than normal next Sunday to kick it off. If someone else gets here before me, please go ahead and kick it off. Cowboys vs. Giants tonight ought to be a good-un.
@Shane, you continue to make excellent progress!
@Crispy, so close – you’ll make 200 lost this week!
@Bill Mac, that’s the way to turn it around!
My stats this week:
High weight: 392 lbs
Pre-op Weight 4 Aug 09: 377.5 lbs
1st Surgiversary: 241.0 lbs
2nd Surgiversary: 212.5 lbs
3rd Surgiversary: 217.0 lbs
4th Surgiversary: 214.0 lbs
Last week: 215.8 lbs / 20.2% body fat / 163.8 lbs muscle mass
This week: 217.2 lbs / 19.9% body fat / 165.6 lbs muscle mass
I’m back up 1.4 lbs overall this week but also up 1.8 lbs muscle mass. I made it to the gym on 4 days (2 days cardio & 2 days Physioslow strength) and did pretty well mindfully eating during the week.
Well my Falcons got de-clawed by the “Who DAT” kids. Can’t never count NO & Brees out till the fat lady sings. Ryan and the Dirty Birds never gave up getting to the NO 3 yard line in the final minute when a tipped ball led to an interception in the end zone. Wow, that hurt.
Be safe & have a great week gentlemen!
-Mike
