Can't complain about the range I've been hanging in but would rather it be a tad lower - like 170.

I am okay with being lead off man for a while longer but I have no problem and it would not hurt my feelings none whatsoever if somebody else wants to be the lead off man on this thread.  I can give the perspective of being five years out but IMHO it needs to be started by someone a little fresher out of the gate who can relate better to any of the new bloods that come here.  Any volunteers?

Hi Gents!

Flat for the week, whew! I've been better with my food choices, and trying to have fewer slip-ups... Maintaining is the goal.

Grass mowing and house work is the plan today, loving life.

Till next week,

Brian

Your day sounds like mine.  Started thread while eating breakfast in dark but was out mowing closest to the house by 7:00.  Even though it will be sub triple digits today still too damn hot for me.  Made coffee run and back home to soak up AC rest of the day!

Haha thanks ;). I don't post here very often but reading about others doing progress is what gets this fatboy up and running. Or waddling...

Running, waddling either way it is exercise and that is good for you!  I got mine today doing yard work.

    My stats this week:

           High weight:  392 lbs
Pre-op Weight 4 Aug 09:  377.5 lbs
      1st Surgiversary:  241.0 lbs
      2nd Surgiversary:  212.5 lbs
      3rd Surgiversary:  217.0 lbs
      4th Surgiversary:  214.0 lbs
Last week:  214.0 lbs / 21.1% body fat / 160.6 lbs muscle mass
This week:  218.0 lbs / 19.9% body fat / 166.0 lbs muscle mass

I’m up 4 lbs overall this week but also up 5.4 lbs muscle mass.  I made it to the gym on 4 days last week and did pretty well mindfully eating during the week.  Out of town family visiting this weekend posed some eating challenges but didn’t fall too far “off the wagon”.  I restarted my strength training this past week using the PhysioSlow method on two gym days.  My tendonitis finally healed from the injury I sustained from last October.  I would never have thought that it would have taken 9 months to heal.

Be safe & have a great week gentlemen!

-Mike
