Home reno'ing is a more trouble than worth. But as the saying goes "If mama ain't happy - ain't nobody happy."
Have a great week gents and keep working your program!!

Good Morning! Err afternoon...
Welcome Postmaster Don! I promise I will be around... just not leading off each week. I am excited to have to be making room in my schedule as I am going back to school at the ripe old age of 50. 2 years from now I hope to have a BS degree in business to go with my new position at work...
Up a pound this week... I am on the higher end of my range but with good reason. I went to the Red Sox game Friday night with my bud and I was all kinds of bad... That and a trip to the movies last night with my wife means I should be in a much worse place! Damage control in the gym this week should make things right.
See you all next week, keep on keeping on!
Brian

@Don, got that right ‘bout Mama!
@Brain, congrats on the new position and going back to school. A few years ago I went back at the ripe old age of 48 to get my masters degree. Though I wasn’t as quick and nimble as the youngsters, I definitely had the advantage of “old age” wisdom.
My stats this week:
High weight: 392 lbs
Pre-op Weight 4 Aug 09: 377.5 lbs
1st Surgiversary: 241.0 lbs
2nd Surgiversary: 212.5 lbs
3rd Surgiversary: 217.0 lbs
4th Surgiversary: 214.0 lbs
Last week: 214.6 lbs / 21.6% body fat / 160.0 lbs muscle mass
This week: 214.0 lbs / 21.1% body fat / 160.6 lbs muscle mass
Pretty much status quo this week. I made it to the gym on 5 days last week and did pretty well mindfully eating.
Today marks my fourth surgiversary. Hard to believe it’s been that long. I’m still adjusting to a new body image.
Be safe & have a great week gentlemen!
-Mike

Well, up another pound this week putting me right at 200. No excuses, been eating like crap and not exercising enough. I have been busy with alot of things, but have to keep in mind my HEALTH is more important than anything else. Commiting to getting back to basics in terms of eating and exercise. Being accountable is what it is all about!!
In terms of water and vitamins sticking to the program, so I am proud of that!
Have a great week All!

Good for you 'back to school'er's!! I enrolled myself last fall and just completed the 1st of 3 classes towards my Doctorate! Kinda amazing how weight loss can kickstart SO many things in our lives, we start believing again that we can do anything!

My plan is continuing to be fruitful. I was able to rachet my weight down a little bit this week. A a few challenging days whi*****luded a work event featuring fried fchicken, beer, and bowling lol. Did buy two Kyaks over the weeked. So now expanded my activity choices further AND I THINK I agreed to participate in a 5K but not sure I am ready yet. Looking for good results from myself this week and a drop in lbs. Chrispy

Chrispy, Couch to 5k is a GREAT training program, that is how I got into running!! It takes it very easy, you start off at run 60 seconds, walk 90 seconds!

Kayaks are a bunch of fun too, I keep thinking about buying another one, have not owned one since WAY back in the day in my early 20s!
