Changing my mindset- minimizing not maximizing food volume
I'm only 5 days post surgery, but I find myself having to consciously rethink things. When I have been on diet plans my goal has always been to maximize my volume while minimizing my calories. Now, I am having trouble figuring out how to maximize my protein while minimizing my volume. So far I have had a little success putting protein powder into soup, but I would love to hear any other suggestions you have. Thanks friends!
Greek Yogurt is lovely stuff... that and protein shakes are about all you get at this stage...
