Post-Op Appt.
Howdy all, well, I finally had my first Post-Op appt. today and my surgeon and all the staff were overjoyed to see me when I walked in... My doctor was like, very impressed with my results thus far, Happy Day!
May 8th Pre-Op wt. 279 to June 6st Todays wt. 249 a 44.4 BMI to a 39.6 BMI in 29 days and loss of 30 lbs.
I am learning how to use my WL tool, I am still fighting to get enough h2o in.. I'm in for the long haul, feels great to be on the loosers bench
