did my first exercie in a LONG time this morning.  I pretty much shut down after I ran a 5k in June 2011.  So I did (2) 2.5 MPH walks each of the last 2 days.  10 minutes yesterday.  13 minutes today.  Hoping for 15 minutes tomorrow.  The journey of 1,000 miles starts with a single step, I guess.

I went back and looked, lap band surgery a few years back and then regained to current weight of 295ish?  Def take it easy on those knees, work your way back.

Have you had the band "filled" to limit intake now or?  I didn't see that part mentioned or if you were looking at revision surgery to bypass or anything?

All the normal stuff, park further out in the lot to make yourself walk further.  Maybe pick up a cheap pedometer and see how many steps you make in a day?  Work towards 10k steps each day!

As far as the band, it is a LONG story.  Much longer than should be typed, or even thought about.  But my situation is being closely monitored by the surgeon, and their staff dietician.  I think I'm at a good restriction level, so now it is just my own hard work to succeed.
