Brock,

You've got this. You have done it before and you will do it again. You want it bad enough and you're going to get what you want. I wish I could say that this will be just as easy as it was the first time, but as I well know right now, it is going to be a challenge.

The biggest difference between the first time and now is that you are going to be a much stronger person after taking it all off this time because of the difficulties along the way. Once you get to your goal, it will also stay off a lot longer because you aren't going to make those same mistakes again that you made the first time.

Focus focus focus. Before you eat anything, pause, and make sure it is according to "the plan". I'm where you are and we will do this together.

Thank you very much, kind sir!  I remember, when I was a senior in high school (17 years ago), I was 189 lbs.  I was too skinny for my frame.  Then in the summer of 2010 I was 201 lbs.  I was right on the borderline.  I think my ideal weight is 210.  that said, seeing onederland again would be awesome!  Thanks for the encouragement.
