Let's go back in time and think about all the stupid fad diets we tried, and in only that last few years devices were introduced to help up provide last great change to our obese bodies!  But does that mean we can become lazy?  Hell no!  We have to work our asses off, forever!  So let's both, let's all, do just that, and kick 2013's ass!

Surgery weight 354.1 lbs 5/14/12 - BMI 46.7

Weight 3 weeks ago 242.8 lbs - BMI 32.0

Current weight 236.4 lbs - BMI 31.2

Great to see everyone made it through the holidays. I sure struggled but i'm back on track! I got my first set of labs back since surgery. The surgeon said everything was good and I made sure I got a copy for my records.

To lose 180.6 pounds in 1 1/2 years.  I'm amazed.  I could add my wife, my son, my dog, and STILL be shy of 180.6.  That is amazing!  You, sir, took the gift you got back then and ran with it!  Keep working hard, and let's both, all, succeed!

And the battle with Sunday/Monday weigh-ins begins.  I need to learn how to keep my weight loss momentum going throughout the weekend.  It is just a learning curve.  Overall though, I just need more water.  And walk more days than I don't, which would be quite a departure.  Hard with a 14-month old son, but, I can do it.  Have a great week, all!

I would assume you are rapidly approaching your goals for weight and BF%.  You have done excellent.  Good luck with the maintain!
