Exercise excuses
So, lets see....
Holiday schedules, parties, dinner, family gatherings, work, gym membership expired, freezing temps for days on end, and no used treadmill in the basement yet, equals no exercise and a subsequent 3 lb. gain so far. WTF... I'll get it back off - just give me a week or two..
Just sayin'

Hey Tim,
LOVE Your Post. I too can find a MILLION reasons not to exercise....but try to do it EVERY DAY. Now I am no superman and do not actually get to it every day, but on average I am able to do some form of exercise about 4 days a week. For example yesterday had a lot to do but found 1 hour to do a light 7K jog/run w/ my dog at a local State Park here in MA. It was friggin cold, but I was happy I did it.
You know where there is a will there is a WAY!!!
Yours in WLS,

For me it's been dark when I go to work and when I get home so no after work mountain biking...not to mention it has been a high in the low 20's and lows around 0 the past few weeks...and snow. I upped my jits time and roll 2 hours 3-5 days a week to compensate. :)

3 lbs gained SO FAR? No no, you are aware, so make your changes. "so far" sounds as if you are expecting more. Make that gain into a FART.
