Typical New Years Weight Loss Goal

So as of today, I'm re-setting the ticker!  Today is my start daye, and I'll weigh in on Sunday's with you guys (I'll probably not record until Monday though).

 

Start Date - 01/01/13

Start Weight - 299 lbs.
