Looking forward to 2013
Here's to looking forward to an awesome 2013. May we all have much success with our battle of getting healthy and staying active. I've regained some but I have been staying consistent with kickboxing three times a week and will add in some strength training. You guys have all given me great advise and motivation. Let's hope 2013 is full of great things to come...

I'm excited for 2013. It is going to be a year of reflection and learning from past mistakes. I don't want to say I'm making a resolution, but my goal is to get back to at least my lowest weight after my RXN-Y, which was 223. I just had my revision and I am proud to say, all the things I wished I hadn't done before, I have a new opportunity to not do them. I hope all your goals come true this year.
