Posted here a long time ago, never consistently. Long story short, had successful Lap Band in 2006. After initial loss, gained the weight back, and yo-yo'd for a few yers. Not the bands fault...my head's
So today starts my latest incarnation. Hopefully posting here keeps me accountable. So after day #1, today, I'm gonna start weighing, and posting, every Friday morning. Feel free to weigh in yourself on these threads.
Before I forget, my Start Weight is 294 lbs. No Goal Weight, just want to see progress.
