Hi,

I first did a shake, then protein bars... NUT got pissed so I switched to rice cakes and peanut butter... NUT still pissed so what I do is a sandwich thin(100 cal.), 2 oz turkey slices, slice of cheese, 2 slices precooked bacon(I know, bad), nuke for 45 seconds... Eat and enjoy. 300 or so calories, protein, a little fat, fast, filling, tasty (see above Bacon)... This is during the week when I am flying out the door to work... Weekends is usually eggs and meat products.
