Hi Men,
My profuse apologies for being so late in posting this! Hope nobody missed it too much!
I got caught up in yard work and completely blew off my regular Sunday routine. Good news is that all my fall chores are done and the snow can begin here any time.
I am back up a pound this week... was buried at work and only made the gym one time... That and lazy eating habits got me off the losing track. I have a checkup with my surgeon and Nut Tuesday morning... I have been within 2 pounds of my last weigh in with them since the last check... firmly into maintenance now I suppose.
Will see you all on time next week!
Brian

Getting new gun fever so went to check out a gun show in Mesquite, Dallas suburb, and let soon to be Mr**** the Garden Ridge Pottery store. Gun show was a bust for what I was searching for but we got the plastic doobie jiggers I need to put the lights on the house and found an inflatable Santa we like at the GRP.

Nice to see your posts guys. I always look forward to posting my weekly stats, but really love to hear how all of you are doing.
Well, a slight uptick in weight. Still, pretty happy as I did ok eating but only got to exercise 2 times this week. so considering all of that, I am good w/ the numbers.
Hope you all have a good week and enjoy Thanksgiving with your families.
Yours is WLS,
Bill
My stats this week:
High weight: 392 lbs
Pre-op Weight 4 Aug 09: 377.5 lbs
Last week: 215.8 lbs / 19.4% body fat / 165.4 lbs muscle mass
This week: 217.0 lbs / 19.3% body fat / 166.4 lbs muscle mass
Up another 1.2 lb this week but in muscle mass according to the body composition scale. Made it to the gym 3 days this week and to the bike trails once for cardio. The glutes & hammies sure are developing nicely though I’m barely maintaining the upper body due to limitations of having tennis elbow (going on 5 weeks now). Anybody know how long to recover?
Have a great Turkey day guys!
Mike

Good Morning Gentlemen,
I watch my weight go up and down a 1/2 lbs every day. So I was wondering if I too, am at my level weight. But this week I am down to 178 So who knows.
Everyone tells me I look too skinny and I'm wishing I could have the extra skin removed. I would, I'm sure, go down another 5-10 lbs
Well I never started this to look skinny. I am feeling better.
