doesn't help when you got an inch of fat around your wrist.
Before my WLS surgery I couldn't think of wearing a normal size watch after surgery my Dad's watch fits and he weighed 150.

Long Time no see.
Anyway - consider body composition analysis like a bod pod. What you want to aim for is a healthy body fat percentage. Forget the scales, they are never accurate for a variety of reasons, go to a facility that either does BIA via a human or an immersion test. Someone your age should be between 8% and 19% body fat.
There is a clinic at baptist that will do a body fat analysis via immersion for $50. VArious gyms around sometimes also have traveling bod pod trucks that do the same.
