I was just reading the questionaire from my orientation and I noticed it asked if the patient was taking drugs for erectile disfunction. Anyone know why?

I am no doctor but I believe it dilates capillaries and encourages more blood flow...maybe there is an increased bleeding risk with surgery while taking it??
