Hi Gents,
Going to keep it short today, we are getting ready for a hurrycane around here!
Back up a pound, not too concerned... Hit the gym 4 times this week and I am pretty sure the gain is muscle. I do need to hone back in on what I am eating because I could be making better choices. See you next week after our feet dry out!
Brian

Current = 256
Highest = 370 (6/2011)
At time of 6mo monitoring = 358 (9/2011)
Day of surgery = 328.8 (4/2012)
I have been bouncing between 255 and 258 all month...this is a tough stall for me. I have been training Jits 5 days a week for two hours a day and riding my mountain bike 1 to 2 days a week. I am trying to get more calories in to try and break through this stall but it is tough at this point...this too shall pass.
All threads need a pic so I will post one of my exercise locations.. :)

DANGER WILL ROBINSON!! DANGER!!
Up again this week. Weather change has put me inside on the treadmill for my walking. Could be adding some muscle to the legs. That or I'm getting too much "crack in a bag"! (Peanut M&M Trail Mix)
If you are on the East Coast batten down the hatches.
Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!
"Crack in a bag" is right! I can't even buy the stuff or it is down the hatch... I am trying to substitute Jerky which gets me protein without all the calories of crack...

Maintaining again this week - did a 5K this morning 28:45- cleared the yard of potential projectiles - fired up the generator - went shopping - -watched the Pats handing the Rams their asses - made scallop jambalaya and chili - now chilling out and contemplating the **** storm that is imminent in our region. My beach walk will experience major erosion damage - I'll keep ya posted Tim T.
Our thoughts & prayers are with y'all up in the NE with Sandy on your doorstep.
My stats this week:
High weight: 392 lbs
Pre-op Weight 4 Aug 09: 377.5 lbs
Last week: 213.0 lbs / 20.5% body fat / 161.0 lbs muscle mass
This week: 210.4 lbs / 20.7% body fat / 158.6 lbs muscle mass
Never knew tennis elbow took so long to heal. I’ve stopped strength training for it to heal & focused on cardio in the gym & off-road biking. The muscle mass surely indicates that. Just proves that all weight loss lbs are not equal.
Be safe & have a great week guys!
HW: 392 lbs SW: 377.5 lbs

Good Evening,
The Numbers:
346: All time high 7/1/10 - BMI = 52
326: Tufts Medical Center, Surgery 12/27/10 BMI=49
203 Last Weigh In 10/21/12
202: This Week 10/28/12 -->Down 1 lb BMI=29
143: Total Weight Loss
Happy to see the number go down, even if it is only 1 pound. Still, as I recently bought a new scale have become a scale maniac checking 2 - 3 times a day. After today, going to go back to just once a week on Sunday AM.
This past week did a pretty good job at being sure to have a more concerted effort to eat better. Eliminate sweets, salts and most importantly over eating. Like I said before, I refuse to blow all the hard work and return to my old self!!
A Huge NSV. I have done about 1/2 dozen 5K races. Today, I ran my 1st 10K race. Completed in a time of 57:45 so pretty psyched about that.
Hope all of you have a nice week...
Yours in WLS,
Bill
