Sunday Morning Weigh-In
My stats this week:
High weight: 392 lbs
Pre-op Weight 4 Aug 09: 377.5 lbs
Last week: 215.0 lbs / 20.5% body fat / 162.6 lbs muscle mass
This week: 213.0 lbs / 20.5% body fat / 161.0 lbs muscle mass
Still focused on cardio since I pulled my left forearm ligament (tennis elbow) during strength training a couple of weeks ago. May take 4-6 weeks to heal. Started off-road biking last week and rode 15 miles through the nature trails. Beautiful weather here in middle Georgia. I love this time of year – lows in the 40s, highs in the 70s, & low humidity – with the leaves starting to turn.
Have a great week guys!

Well the numbers do not lie. I have to admit I have had a HORRIBLE few weeks of food choices. Salty foods, Sugars, and just plain CRAP...to top it off, been doing alot of overeating. Had not been weighing my self as I knew the numbers were not gonna be good. Mea Culpa al done now!
JUST FOR TODAY... I will make a more concerted effort to eat better. Eliminate sweets, salts and most importantly over eating. I refuse to blow all the hard work and return to my old self!!
Even with all this negative parts, In terms of exercise I have been consistently running or getting to they gym 2-3 times a week and do some weight training. I think the hardest thing with ANY exercise, is making the time to do it.
Hope all of you have a nice week...
Yours in WLS,
Bill

197 This morning, I am running 195-198ish now on a consistent basis.
I did a 7 mile hike last week on Tuesday up/down a mountain, and then worked in my garage for 7-8 hours on Saturday cleaning it up after we used it for storage for a month. (House flooded, restoration project)
That last one is amazing to me... I was lifting, HEAVY furniture, boxes, sweeping, climbing up and down ladders, all DAY long! I really did not take any breaks.. man the endurance I have gained is really the cool part about this.
Life sure is good guys...
Going to Disneyland this weekend, should be fun not worrying at ALL about fitting on the rides!! (I went to Universal Studios at 255ish last Christmas and had a few that were still pretty snug)
