OK, so it's Monday morning- better late than never. I have been off Cape this weekend for a wedding in Framingham, MA - longtime friend's oldest daughter. I was a good boy with the food choices all weekend and kept the booze to a minimum since I was doing all the driving. I did get to enjoy a real Cuban Cohiba corona last night - that was a real treat!
I have been experiencing a few bouts of dizziness recently, as well. Usually standing up quickly and frequently (like a Catholic church wedding ceremony, for instance). I am attributing it to a lower blood pressure and some dehydration, as well.
Summer is grinding to and end here, slowly, and work will be picking up right after Labor Day. I'm expecting a banner year for my insulation business this year. Who knows, maybe I'll get a new pick up for Christmas? My accountant has warned us we may need to burn some money or give it to the feds. Hmmmmm..
So have a good week, guys, and keep gettin' that lean protein in first, and plenty of fluid- you know the drill!!

Welp as many of you already read and responded to, I hit Century City, ONEderland on Friday!!
I celebrated by doubling down and really getting serious about LOW carbs, good protein and doing my best now to drop another 10-20+ pounds so that at the end of all this and the "bounce" that so many seem to have, I will still be under 200!!
Hit the gym 4 days last week, Saturday I did my full strength training workout and then RAN from the gym back home!! I usually do a bit of cardio, this way I saved some gasoline too for those 1.6 miles.
My wife is laughing at me this weekend, when I FLEX I am seeing things moving!! Whoa! My chest muscles are starting to pop, though the manboobs are still drooping.
It is funny how I can feel my actual muscles now, I started being able to find my obliques about a month ago which was weird the first time. Today I actually could feel the 6 pack that is still hidden under the droopy belly!!
Hmmm, those skin surgeries are actually starting to sound more appealing and I NEVER thought I would say that. The wife is for it, but the wallet is against it at least for now.
On another front.. confidence being boosted and such. It looks like I am going to submit my application to pursue my DOCTORATE degree in Business Admin (DBA) with a dissertation focused on my area, accounting!! Keeping my fingers crossed!!
I teach college online at a couple places as well as working at the CPA firm, so the Doctorate will help to secure the teaching positions.

Morning guys! It's been awhile since my last check in. Life has been good. Been staying active, more social. Still working towards my goal of getting under 200. I've been slipping lately and I'm taking in too many carbs, gotta get back on track. I've gained about nine pounds from my lowest weight and have to pull my head out of my ass! I know I've been doing some emotional eating due to some of the marriage issues so many of us have during this journey. Well, enough is enough and I am back on track as of today. I am making the commitment to healthy eating and my weekly check in here on the men's forum. Have a awesome week guys!

Attaboy Bill, we have all been there. The path next to the track is a well beaten one! See you next Sunday.
Hug your kids every day, let them know they are loved, keep them safe the best you can.
