Sunday morning weigh in- Summer Olympics edition
Hi Everyone,
It's been a while since my last post. I need to work a little harder at following the plan. My protien numbers have been looking good and I've done well with my vitamins. My problem has been lack of exercise. I've been averaging walking 2 1/2 miles twice a week. I'm impressed with all the runners here. I tried jogging but I felt like my legs were made of concrete. I hope it gets better as I get a little lighter.
Lastly thanks to Brian for taking over for Michael and doing the sunday morning weight in and Michael thank you for all youve done!
Take care guys, have a great week.

Welcome to the new Sunday Morning WLS weigh in guru!! I always look forward to this thread, though as you probably have noticed it is "Monday" mornings for me. This is the first thing I do when I get to work!
355 8/1/11 (Start of program)
321 9/21/11 RNY Surgery Day
200.4 this morning... so close to 199.x that I can smell it from here!!! :)
Thought I might hit it today, weight trickled down the last couple of day****ting a high of 205 or 206 mid to late last week.
Worked out 6 days last week, Cardio on M, W and F and strength training (plus 10ish minutes of cardio) Tu, Th and Sat. Then went up to the farm and planted some crops for the fall on Sunday afternoon!!
I remember last summer planting seed and could not rake more than a couple minutes and I would have to stop and rest. Last 2 trips this year I worked up to 3 hours without a break!!!
This should be an interesting week, going to GENCON on Wed, so lots of walking (good) and lots of fast/convention food (bad)

I was wondering what that funk was... Nice job!
Hug your kids every day, let them know they are loved, keep them safe the best you can.
