Feeling good
Started exerciseing on my bow flex yesterday and incorperated a longer walk rite after kicked my butt this morning i was like i don,t want to do this o yes you do get you butt up and moving so i did had been on a stall so haven,t been on scale for about 10 days on the way back from my walk i hoped on my scale and walaa 344# this was a big ol fart suprise for me i love my new second chance on life Hope you all have a great day ! i already have take care and God Bless your the greatest bunch of losers a guy could have for friends and advice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, those stalls can be a bear. But getting out there and moving can really break a stall. Doing physical work around the house...Like cleaning out the car or working on the shrubs would break my stall for some reason. For me, I would lose the most when I did hard physical work...
