A hairy Situation

  Hi Guys;
Before my surgery I wasn't much for growing hair.  Try as I might  to grow a beard - it was patchy and blonde.  Even when I was younger I think the maid of honour in our bridal party had more hair on her chest than I did on mine.  (She had a very low cut dress).  After my surgery the hair on the top of my head thinned out but is now coming back.  What is wierd is I am growing more hair on my arms and chest.  I have to shave everyday - used to be every couple of days at most.  This is very strange for me.

Have any of you run into a change of hair growth since your operation?

I'm growing hair out of my ears at an incredible rate. And, yes I think on the face as well, but that may be that I'm just lazy and don't like to shave.

100 % speculation but maybe two things going on.

1) With weight loss comes a small increase in testosterone levels. That could help you grow hair.

2)  You are smaller now, so the same amount of hair over a smaller area could look more dense, less patchy.

Might be some fo both.
