321 Surgery Day, 9/21/11 (RNY)
Hit my goal over a month ago, 210 lbs, and have been hovering between 206-211 since then. This morning was 208.x, yesterday was 207.x.
Was a good weekend, I drove up to Maine for a Faculty Conference, and this is the first time those folks have seen me since the surgery! Actually at the end of the conference last year was my LAST soda ever!
So was neat to have the big reactions and double takes, having the energy to walk down to the lake (skipped that last year) and stamina for a 14 hour drive each direction!
Trying to decide what I want to do exercise wise now... P90x is ok, but I really feel like I am wasting time spending an entire hour on 2-3 muscle groups. SO I am thinking I may hit the gym instead, do the whole BODY circuit in 20-30 minutes and spend the other 30-40 on treadmill / bike!
