Hey Everybody!

Good to see this forum still active.  I used to visit here daily and have recieved a tremendous amount of advice from here.  I'm doing well, although I have regained a bit of weight.  The mind is a powerful tool that can be used to help or to hurt, and yes, old habits do die very hard even in the face of physical changes.  Comorbities are still under control, just wish I could lose these few pounds that have crept back on.  My stats:

Highest:  320
Surgery:  March 2008/295ish lbs
Lowest:  195
Current:  225
Goal:  200

Hello Jason,

Nice post...good to hear from someone who is a little further out. Glad your still doing well. You are right on about the mind too. I tell people the surgery was a physical act to help me deal with a mental issue....food addiction!!

Hope to see you post again in the future!

Yours in WLS,
Bill

Being a normal size and living a happy lifestyle are what is important.  The goal of 200# again is a great motivator.  Good luck and congratulations on your achievements.
