Oh yeah, left the house at 5:30 am Sunday to make my 7am tee time an hour away and didn't arrive back home until around 8pm after visiting my dad and family.  Then I was so pooped I didn't even turn on the computer!!  It was a great Father's Day!!   Thanks again!

Happy Belated Father's Day to all of you father's out there!!   Better late than never this week and sorry about the mixup for the Sunday Morning Weigh In Kickoff!

it was a very busy week with softball which saw my little Blue Jays team win their 3rd round playoff game and advance to the championship game last Thursday. My girls played an amazing game and we ended regulation (5 innings) in a 0-0 tie.  Which brought us into extra innings under the International Tiebreaker Rule (the last batter which made an out in the previous inning is placed on second base to start the inning).  We had bases loaded in the top of the 6th but were unable to score.  In the bottom of the 6th the Yankees had two outs and a runner at 2nd when a routine ground ball went to shortstop which was fielded and thrown to 3rd base but the ball was missed by my 3rd basemen and went to the fence allowing the runner to score and the game was over 1-0.  It was a tough way to have it all end but where both teams played their hearts out and had fantastic season I have no regrets.  We'll be back next year as my youngest daughter moves up a division and I'll have both of my daughters on my team.  I can't wait for Spring training!!  :-)

Had a great father's day which started with a round of golf.  Amazing how effortless getting around the golf course is now.  I was a little rusty for the first nine but was lights out in the second nine with a birdie, two pars and all the rest bogies.  That is amazing for me.  Funny how swinging the golf club without moobs is a whole new game.  I had to adjust all my clubs because they were going a good 25-30 yards further than I had hit them at my higher weights.  Good stuff!!

Anyway, looking foward to the first official week of summer.  Need to get my deck stained this week and paint my shed before my daughter's birthday party next Sunday!

Have a Great Week,
Mike
