Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!
Howdy Gents,
Happy Fathers Day to everyone with kids! Take the day off and relax, you have earned it. I will be working on my deck project and enjoying the fantastic weather we are having here in MA. It is doubtful I will hear from my daughter as we are still having issues but she will hopefully be going into a program this week to address her issues and maybe by this time next year she will be back into the fold... I know she will be thinking of me, and that is good enough for now.
My Stats: High weight: 296
Weight at initial consult 1-19-2012: 269
Weight at surgery 4-23-12: 230
Last week:196
This week: 190
Total weight lost: 79
Loss of 6 this week. I attribute it to watching my intake, a couple good workouts at the gym, and staying active throughout the day... I am 10 lbs. out from my surgeons goal and 30 out from my personal goal, full steam ahead. It feel good to have broken through the stall I was in the last couple weeks, being in a better place mentally helps too.
Have a great week your losers!
Hug your kids, let them know you love them very much, and do your best to keep them safe.
Brian

2.8: LBS LOST LAST WEEK
226.0: This Week 6/10/12
0.2 LBS LOST THIS WEEK
154.0 Lbs Lost since surgery
203.0 Total Weight Lost
0.2 loss this week is the official record this wee****il yesterday I was down to 224, which is a 2lb difference. However, I uess I have some water weight or something. A 1 or 2 lb fluctuation is normal for me from day to do. Just happened to end this week on the up swing instead of down.
I am now officially done with Week 4 of the C25K program. Moving on to the Week 5... Looks intimidating but I will beat it too!
All in all, a damn rough week, but I pulled it off. I figured it up yesterday, and I worked, 64.5 hours this week. (I normally work 40) But even with all the extra hours at work, I still got to the gym 3 times this week, got in all my water and protien, and pulled off the C25K program that has haunted me for 2 weeks now. This next week, I am going to the other extreme. I am only working Monday and Wednesday! (That'll show 'em!)
To all of you Dads out there, HAPPY FATHERS DAY!!!! I hope you enjoy your day!!!!

Good Morning All,
First things first, Happy Father's Day to all of you with children. Of all the things in my life I am proud of, being the Dad to 3 terrific kids is the thing I am most proud of!!!
Second, Thanks to Don for leading the Sunday Weigh In. Agreed, Mike is probably busy w/ the wife and kids on this Father's Day.
The Numbers:
346: All time high 7/1/10 - BMI = 52
326: Tufts Medical Center, Surgery 12/27/10 BMI=49
197: Last Week 6/10/12
199: This Week 6/17/12 --> Gain of 2 pounds - BMI 30
150: Total Weight Loss
Tough week overall. A lot of very emotional issues to deal with. A 17 year old young man in my 12 year old son's Boy Scout Troop commited suicide. Never an easy issue, especially trying to explain it to my own kids. Thank God for the support of my wife and many other in our community *****lied on each other to get through it. Additionally, have been very miserable lately....not because of anything specific for a cause, but just overall.
Due to the above mentioned problems, my eating recently has been in a word HORRIBLE. Eating many things I should not and overeating overall. Also, only got to workout twice this week.
Still, today is a new day and have dedicated myself to start clean and try to focus on Mindful eating, Water intake, and exercising.
Hope all of you have a nice week...
Yours in WLS,
Bill

Hey Bill,
Sending some positive energy to you... keep your head up and please let us hear from you if you need help in any way. The last few months have taught me to expect the unexpected and that every day gives us the chance to start over and move forward in a better direction...
