Constipated...
I'm a year and a half out and still have this problem, I think I've always had a lazy bowel tho. My fix is ducolax when I see myself not moving and I agree with an earlier post about moving, when I run at the gym, I notice it gets things moving. I increased my fiber, but that didn't do anything for me. So my trick is phillips milk of magnesia ,but I try to limit my intake of it, to maybe once a week, but it usually clears up my problem.
