Couch 2 5K - Week 4
Don't think jog! I don't know anyone who Jogs anymore.
Look at it this way
If Both feet are off the ground at the same time at any point you are running! People used to distinguish jogging from running based on speed. but my top speed may be someone elses warmup speed.
The key to getting through this stuff is attitude. As hard as it may be sometimes to belive it and in ourselves if you run your a runner. Yes I still have a hard time with this label when it comes to myself.

I read up a little on the program last night and downloaded the phone app today.
I also decided to start the program...I was able to finish 2 of the "jogging" sections before I had to stop. But I feel great for being able to do that.
I will stay on "Day 1" until I can complete it.
