Good Evening All,

The Numbers:

Well the roller coaster of this journey continues. Down 2 from last week. Pretty good week overall. At this point focusing on maintenance to stay below 200, that is good as I was at about 350 at my highest!

Exercise went well this week. Got in 3 runs of various lengths from 30-45 minutes each. I have also registered for my 3rd 5K!!!!!!  Also doing some weight strengthening as well.

Again, great posts today, enjoyed everyone sharing their experience, strength, and hope on this jourey!

Yours in WLS Journey,
Bill

Last Week: 296.8
This Week: 291.6

A
day late here, but another 5.2lbs down.  I was at a wedding this weekend and finding food to actually eat was rather difficult.  Probably gonna be just as difficult or more so when I finally get back to Costa Rica.  No more super Target!  I'm excited to be continuing on this journey down the numbers!

Thanks to everyone for keeping me accountable!

209.8  Last week (Under 210lb goal!!)

209.0  This morning, so officially -.8 for the week!!  I actually was down to 207.x earlier in the week but gained some water weight over the weekend I guess.

I will write up a full "race report" in the Exercise forum, but you will see NEW photos in my album here!!

I finished the USMC Mud Run this weekend, which is a full 5k, cross country over some HUGE hills, through the woods and 20 obstacles!

Our team finished in approx 1:05, we had a guy that hurt his heel early in the race and we really had to slow up with him.  This is a team event and you must FINISH as a team!

I suspect we could have shaved 15 minutes off the time at least but his leg cramped up bad on him about mile 2, and we really took it easy the last mile or so.

I saved the race banner as Team Capt, and it is my FIRST!  I washed it off carefully and will be keeping it somewhere as a memento of my journey.

You will also see an upgrade on the Harley scene, the Sportster was ok, but not enough room so the wife and I decided to get a full touring bike!  We bought a 2012 Ultra Classic last weekend and have put about 250 miles on it so far!

As always...LIFE is good!!
