No complaints with the numbers. Blame slight up tick on muscle gained from moving Jan's things yesterday. Been a while since I was in the moving business. Not a career ambition for a middle aged former fat guy. Who's got the Ben Gay?

Reminds me of a joke...

A guy walks into a pharmacy and says to the pharmacist, "Listen, I have three girls coming over tonight. I've never had three girls at once, and I need something to keep me horny and potent." The pharmacist reaches under the counter, unlocks the bottom drawer, and takes out a small cardboard box marked with a label, "Viagra Extra Strength," and says, "here, if you take these you'll go wild for twelve hours!" The guy responds, "Great! Gimme three boxes!" The next day, the guy walks into the same pharmacy, approaches the pharmacist, and pulls down his pants. The pharmacist looks in horror at man's black and blue member. The man says, "I'm gonna need some Ben Gay cream." The pharmacist replies, "Ben Gay? You're not going to put Ben Gay on THAT are you?" "Nope, it's for my arms ... the girls didn't show up."

Well, well, well... what do we have here??? Is that a 200lb loss? Why yes, I think it is! Life is so friggin' great!!!

Had a good week this week. Only got in two days of the C25K week three program because I was out of town Thursday, Friday, and yesterday at a summer camp for the kids from my wifes work (hospital). 11 years ago, she asked me to go as a counselor because they didn't have enough male staff to take all of the kids who wanted to go. I reluctantly went, and after the first year of having such a blast, I have gone every yeara since with the exception of last year because of my WLS...

Several of my kids recognized me, several did not. What an improvement over the past years. I never got winded, no foot, leg, or back pain. It was AWESOME!!!!

Now back to a normal week. (Or so I hope)
