If your body reacts the way mine did, it will get alot better every day for the first week, then it will trail off and you will just have minor discomfort when you turn the wrong way, bend too much, etc for another week or so then be good to go.

Best of luck!  Stick to the plan and you will be AMAZED!!!!

Hi Dan,

Glad things are getting better. It is tough at first, but just gets a little better each day! Hang in there, before you know you will be feeling terrific!

Sincerely,
Bill

Oh yeah, one day at a time at this point and when you start to feel better (as you will) don't overdo it too early.  Good stuff and welcome to the party!

Glad to hear you are feeling better each day and I'm sure that will continue as long as you follow the plan and don't over do it.

Todd
