Thank you guys for all the good advice so far just got back from doing last lab before surgery and they put me on the scale 396# I can,t remember the last time i was under 400 my all time hi was 456 my surgery consult on feb28 was 434 i am so pumped rite now! now can,t wait to get this journey started ! just make sure you guys save me room on the bench! thanks again dan

Thanks brian 6 more days till surgery and thanks for the advice with liquid diet pounding the water helps keep up the good work loser lol have a great day! dan

OHHHH sooo close Dan!!! But it will be here soon enough. I was 394# on my surgery day so we'll be fairly close on surgey day. I was 433 on my first consult!! How crazy is that!!
Good luck my friend and we'll be looking for you on the bench!
