The Numbers:

346: All time high 7/1/10 - BMI = 52
326: Tufts Medical Center, Surgery 12/27/10 BMI=49
195: Last Week 5/6/12
197: This Week 5/13/12 --> 2 Pound Gain this week - BMI = 29
151: Total Weight Loss

Well the roller coaster of this journey continues. Last week reached and all time low of 195. This week up 2 lbs to 197. I have now decided that as long as I stay within 5 lbs above or below of 200, that is good as I was at about 350 at my highest!

Exercise went well this week. Got in 3 runs of various lengths from 30-45 minutes each. Also doing some weight strengthening as well.

Lot of great posts today, enjoyed everyone sharing their experience, strength, and hope on this jourey!

Yours in WLS Journey,
Bill

I decided to not climb on the scale this morning, so I'll take a rain check till next sunday. (nerves) I suspect they will weigh me tomorrow before surgery and I'll have a new number to add to my collection.

Have a super week everyone!

Howdy!  I know how being a "LOSTTXN" can be! That was my personalized license plate when I lived in GA.

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

Mike, great that you can dance..I have the typical disease.....I can't dance...I have always told the wife...there is one drink between me wanting to dance and me being sober enough to dance...she has to pick that drink....

Hope evryone has a great week.

323 9/21/11 Surgery Day (RNY)

217.8 Last Week
216.8 This Week so 1 pound loss!!

A new week and a new low, I am feeling great!!  I worked out 6 days last week, 3 days of C25k, 2 days of Krav Maga and 1 day of pushups/situps, planks, etc.

Still kinda amazing how much easier "little stuff" is, like climbing up onto the boat from the ground (about 4 feet up or more with 1 step)  Running is starting to come easier, the 5 minute segments were just not that bad, 8 minute segments coming this week!

Getting ready to load up the Harley and head to Myrtle Beach for Bike Week!!

Catch ya in about a week or so!
