Just wanted to introduce myself.

My name is Blake and I just go a mini gastric bypass yesterday.

A little about my self:

I'm 28 years old and have been heavy all my life. I was an airline pilot for almost 4 years but gave that up to be a missionary in Costa Rica. http://www.aguavivacr.com is our website. I got my surgery at the CIMA hospital in San Jose by Dr. Quesada.

I'm still in a decent amount of pain so I'm gonna go back to watching hulu, but I'll try to write more later..

Here is a graphic depecting the difference between a Mini and Roux-en-Y. I don't know which one is better but this was the one that was recommended for me.

I just got the surgery drain out today and I feel so much better. Even had my first BM since surgery. I've put myself on desk duty for the next month and decided to head back to the states. So ready for some English TV and hanging out with my dog.
