Tomorrow will be the 3 month anniversary of my surgery. As of yesterday at my doctors appointment, I am now off :

Diabetic meds
High blood pressure meds
Cholesterol meds

My doc said I was doing great, and offered me a cookie as a prize. I turned him down of course.

Of all my labs, I was only low on Vitamin D

Thats great congrats keep up the good work! i still have 27 more days till iget my surgery 30# some pds pre op could not have done without the help of this fourm and all sugggestions so happpy your doin great

Great news!! Glad to hear things are good and you're off those meds. That's what it's all about. You're out in front of me by a couple months so I like seeing what's up ahead. Thanks for sharing!

That's a great report!! How are you doing with the lungs and endurance issues?? You had mentioned early on you had problems with them. Has your endurance increased and can you walk farther and farther as the weight drops?

Thanks for remembering. The COPD is not much better, but it's farther between my really bad days.
