Sunday Morning Weigh In
Tim, you are truly an inspiration and a role model for others. From your attitude to your advice, you truly are an asset to this forum. I love the -ish. Amazing that we are now back to weights we were at when we were teenagers. Never thought it could happen. Good Luck on your 5K! I'm sure you will do amazing and pace yourself...

Saw Dr. Kuhn for my four year follow up this past Wednesday. He's very happy with me maintaining my weight loss. Think I would have hit the 170.0 mark if I had also dropped my shirt, socks and scivvies. Think the medical assistant was little taken back when I dropped sneakers and shorts. Told her that I was vain when it came to getting on the scales. I want the lowest number possible!! Doc said despite my slipping off the edge of the wagon on occasion, like the piece of fried catfish I did for supper last night or pack of peanut butter crackers when I get gas, that I need to keep on keeping on.

429: All time high 12/1/10
380: Lap VSG Surgery day 8/30/11
247.2: Last Week 4/15/12
5.0 LBS LOST LAST WEEK
245.4: This Week 4/15/12
1.8 LBS LOST THIS WEEK
134.6 lbs Lost since surgery
183.6: Total Weight Lost
Down another 1.8 lbs this week. Can't complain... Especially seeing as though I didn't make the best choices this week and slipped a couple of times. However, I did have a good week. Finally bought a bicycle. (Didn't find the exact one I wanted, but the guy from work who loaned me his "spare" bike finally decided to sell it, and the price was right so I just went with that for now)
I had to work late 3 times this week, due to emergencies at work. Hence the poor decisions. Not an excuse, just what it is. However, to make up for it, I worked extra hard at the gym and on the bicycle.
This week is scheduled to be CRAZY so I am not too excited about it. Have to be tied up all day for the first three days with a contract crew, then Thursday brings all day meetings, and Friday will be catch up. (And I am moving offices at some point, once the new office is ready)
Whew! What a week this is going to be. Luckily I know I can make it work and can do what I need to do to be successful!
See ya!
